### One classic Italian way to enjoy truffles is with eggs. Scrambled eggs, omelets, or even a simple fried egg with shaved truffle on top can be a luxurious treat. ###

Recipe Example: Tagliatelle with Truffle Butter
•Fresh tagliatelle pasta
•50g unsalted butter
•1 small black truffle (or white truffle, if available)
•Salt to taste
•Freshly ground black pepper
•Parmesan cheese (optional)
1.Cook the tagliatelle in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain, reserving a cup of pasta water.
2.In a large pan, melt the butter over low heat.
3.Add a few tablespoons of the reserved pasta water to create a creamy sauce.
4.Toss the cooked pasta in the butter sauce, ensuring it is well-coated.
5.Remove from heat and shave or grate the truffle over the pasta.
6.Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
7.Serve immediately, optionally topped with a little grated Parmesan cheese.
