2. Floral Workshop with Nicolas Beckman

Date: Thursday, July 17

Create wild, elegant floral arrangements with LA-based designer Nicolas Beckman using flowers freshly picked from Quintosapore’s gardens.

3. Dinner with Chef Nancy Silverton

Date: Saturday, July 26

A rare opportunity to dine with Michelin-starred chef Nancy Silverton, who will prepare a seasonal menu using only ingredients from the farm.

4. Palio dei Terzieri – Street Food Pop-Up

Date: August 21–24

During Città della Pieve’s iconic medieval festival, Quintosapore joins the celebration with their acclaimed Ofyr-grilled potatoes and Aglione aioli—served by the Giuggioli brothers in full costume.
