Walter Tripodi is the starring chef at La locanda delle scuderie, Chiusi, Siena, Tuscany.
His background starts more than 30 years ago working in France and at La Frateria in Cetona.
And also for us it is the best restaurant in Chiusi.
Only few years ago they have restored the old stables of Leopold the II, Grand Duke of Tuscany.
The restaurant is a real foodie place where to taste the real Chianina beef of Siena, the pork of Cinta Senese, ravioli filled with Pecorino of Pienza Cheese just to give you a sample.
